Tour Overview

This will be a rich and intense program, in three parts:

1. We are going to be in Pondicherry, in southern India, an ex French colony with its quaint colonial houses and numerous restaurants. Sri Aurobindo’s Ashram is nearby, Auroville, is not far, an experimental township sustaining a unique community. Life with people from 44 different nationalities living and working together, this utopian concept is the realization of the dream of Mirra Alfassa, a French disciple of Sri Aurobindo, known as “The Mother”.
2. In Pondicherri, we will be in a heavenly place dedicated to healing. The  Kailash Resort, a beautiful and eco-friendly resort with unique villas and rooms fusing modern and traditional architecture, swimming pool, organic farm, tennis court… and 700m of sea front, welcoming you. Here we will spend nine days devoted to the three Levels of the Akashic Records, with a day rest in between Levels I and II and specific activities that will help you integrate your experience.
3. Enriched by your enhanced spiritual opening we will explore the profound and exceptional beauty of the magical places in the area. Such as; Chidambaram, here we will visit the Natraja Temple. The Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, Thiruvanamalai is home to the Annamalaiyar, this in a very important temple dedicated to the fire element (burning karma anyone?)
   We will have time to go to a beautiful Ashram to meditate and enter the silence.

In addition to the Akashic Record training, in many of the sacred places we visit during the tour, we will be lead in meditation and sacred ritual by Ernesto.

Varanasi Extension

Why go all the way to India and not visit one of the most amazingly powerful cities in India?

Varanasi is a city situated on the banks of the River Ganges, it is regarded as a holy city by Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. It is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and probably the oldest in India.
In the evening, witness the Aarti ceremony on the Ghats of River Ganges, as well as Sarnath. Sarnath is the birth of Buddhism, since it was here that Buddha revealed his doctrine and founded his monastic community, sunrise boat trip down the Ganges, cremation Ghats and more….
You don’t want to miss this one!!

Itinerary

Day 1 - September 10th ~ ARRIVAL/CHENNAI

You will be greeted upon arrival by our tour representative at the Chennai airport and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you will have time to relax, get a massage and maybe have our first dinner together.
Overnight at hotel Marina Towers in Chennai.
No meals included

Day 2 - September 11th ~ CHENNAI-PONDICHERRY

After breakfast, you will leave for Pondicherry. Upon arrival in Pondicherry, you will be transferred to your hotel.
You will have time to explore the beautiful Kailash Resort, get a massage, go to the beach or simply relax and read a good book.
Overnight at hotel Dune in Pondicherry.

Day 3 - September 12th ~ Kailash Resort

Breakfast followed by Full day Workshop.

Day 5 - September 14th

Today, we will leave for an excursion to Chidambaram.

In Chidambaram, you will visit the Natraja Temple. The Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva in the form of a cosmic dancer, the Cosmic Dance of bliss.

The Chidambaram temple is known as the foremost of all temples, and has influenced worship, architecture, sculpture and performance art for over two thousand years!!

Later we will proceed for the Nadi Palm Leaf reading session.

The belief is that Lord Shiva scribes recordings of the Akashic Records onto palm leaves, and each human has a leaf on which the recordings of his soul path and progression are inscribed. Perhaps the Nadi leaves are a
physical aspect of the Akashic Records.

Return back to Pondicherry and visit of the city.

Day 6 - September 15th ~ Kailash Resort

Day 8 - September 17th ~ PONDICHERRY

Today, we will leave for an excursion to Thiruvanamalai.

Thiruvanamalai is home to the Annamalaiyar Temple located at the foot of the Annamalai hill and amongst one of the great Shiva Temples of Tamil Nadu (also known as the Arunachalam Temple – symbolizing Agni.)

Thiruvannamalai has long been associated with many yogis and siddhars and more recently the 20th century guru Ramana Maharshi, who lived in Mount Annamalai.
 
In the afternoon we will visit an Asharam, your spiritual connection will be evoked when you meditate at the meditation hall of the ashram. Feel one with yourself while practicing the different asanas of Yoga; understand its principles and philosophy.

Day 9 – September 18th ~ Kailash Resort

Day 11 - September 20th ~
PONDICHERRY – MAHABALIPURAM - CHENNAI/DELHI

After breakfast, we will proceed to visit Mahabalipuram. Visit the Shore Temple, Five Rathas and Arjuna’s Penance.
Shore Temples: It is believed that there were seven magnificent temples what are known as the seven pagodas, built near the sea shore. But the lonely survivor is the shore temples, was originally constructed during the 7th century and later it was Narasimha Varman II, (Rajasimha) completed the skilled work in his rule. This is one of the oldest of the south Indian Temples which were structural temples constructed in the nature Dravidian style. This shore temple has gained popularity and tourists gather here because it has been listed among the world heritage sites of the UNESCO.
Continue your journey to Chennai. Upon arrival in Chennai, you will be transferred to the airport to board flight for Delhi.
Arrival and check in at hotel in the Capital city.
Overnight at hotel Indus in Delhi.

Day 12 – September 21st ~ DELHI/VARANASI

Last day of the main trip and first day of the extension
Today you will head for a new destination. You will be transferred to the airport to board the flight for Varanasi.

Mark your arrival in the Holy city and transfer to hotel. You will have time to explore some of the beautiful Ghats of the city.

In the evening, witness the Aarti ceremony on the Ghats of River Ganges. Return back to hotel.

Overnight at hotel Radisson in Varanasi.

Day 13 – September 22nd ~ VARANASI

At Dawn we will go to the Ghats for a boat ride, on the Ganga River which is purely spiritual and once in a life time experience. We will go near the cremation Ghats, an experience that is magical and beautiful.

Return to hotel for breakfast and wash. Later, proceed for visit of Sarnath. It is the birth of Buddhism, since it was here that Buddha revealed his doctrine and founded his monastic community. The museum at Sarnath is amongst the most important in India and contains carvings representing a whole range of styles: archaic, the Mathura School, Gupta, past Gupta and Medieval, covering work of sculptors from the 3rd century B.C. to the 12th century A.D.

Day 14 – September 23rd ~ VARANASI/DELHI

Breakfast included

In the morning we will go for the visit of Bharat Mata temple and city. Later you will be transferred to the airport for your flight for Delhi.

Arrival in Delhi.

Day 15 – September 24th ~ DELHI/DEPARTURE

Your journey has come to an end and you will be transferred to the airport for your flight for an onward destination.

Accomodations

During our stay in Pondicherry, we will be at the beautiful Kailash Beach Resort.
The ancient fishermen hamlet of Pudukkupam established during the Chola period (IX-XII century) is located 10 kms south of Pondicherry city, in the Coromandel Coast of the Bay of Bengal. Being near to the estuary of the Chunambar River and the Indian Ocean it has a privileged ecological position, not far from the roman ruins of Arikkamedu, a port established in the first century of our era. It is between this hamlet and Pooranankuppam, the rice bowl of this region that Kailash Beach Resort came up as the first establishment of this class in Pondicherry state.
